As a technical hiring manager, I grew tired of the process of finding great candidates. Manually screening hundreds of PDF resumes in a Google Drive, sending 5-6 names back to a recruiter over email about which ones to proceed with a phone screen. Then getting results of the phone screen that weren't asking the details I was looking for. The process of finding good people could be better.
I wanted a system that handled the early, repetitive work so my team could focus on the conversations that actually matter.
