As a technical hiring manager, I grew tired of the process of finding great candidates. Manually screening hundreds of PDF resumes in a Google Drive, sending 5-6 names back to a recruiter over email about which ones to proceed with a phone screen. Then getting results of the phone screen that weren't asking the details I was looking for. The process of finding good people could be better.
That's why I built WorkSignal. I had a vision for a seamless hiring experience where we can use intelligent AI capabilities to save everyone time and surface the best candidates for each particular role, exactly what the hiring manager wants. No more reading 50 PDFs then sending names back. I just set up the role, input my requirements and hiring box details that make someone a great fit and let the automation handle the rest. Full audit trail and score ranking, this creates a frictionless hiring pipeline.
We've also gone a step further, where we can automate and actually schedule phone screens with candidates automatically, no team time required. They get an email, set up a time and go through a detailed phone screen that's powered by AI. This is highly tailored to the role, asks detailed role-specific questions and can answer anything about the team, the role and the company.
Results go into our platform for review. Scores are ranked around various metrics and automated workflows can be triggered at every stage. The team can take control and manually review for next steps or leverage powerful automations.
