When you submit your hiring form, we give you a simple link or phone number to share with anyone who applies. Send it in your Facebook post reply, your Kijiji ad, wherever you're posting. Applicants call in or get called back within 24 hours.
What do you actually ask them?
You tell us what matters - experience level, licences, whether they have their own tools or vehicle, availability, location. We ask your questions and note any concerns. You tell us the deal-breakers and we filter for them. You can keep it as simple or specific as you want.
Do I need to download anything or set up an account?
No. Fill out the form below, that's it. We'll follow up by email or phone. Your shortlist gets sent to you directly - email or text, whichever you prefer. There's nothing to log into.
How fast do I get my shortlist?
Usually within 24-48 hours of us reaching your applicants. We don't drag it out. You're running a business - if you posted for a crew member, you need someone soon. We move quickly.
What if I don't like any of the 3 people you send me?
